Typical positions we hire for:
Caregiver: Caregiver responds/assist in all areas of the residents activities of daily living.
Cook: The Cook is responsible for the preparation and service of nutritious meals. The Cook is also responsible for the supervision of all food service personnel in the absence of the Food Service Director.
Dietary Aide: The Dietary Aide is responsible for cleaning an assigned area of the dining room and/or kitchen, serving meals to the residents, and assisting the cook with food preparation. In addition, the Dietary Aide is responsible for the actual operation of the commercial dishwasher and the cleaning of all pots, pans, utensils, etc. Also, it is his/her responsibility to mop floors and clean other assigned areas of the kitchen or dining room.
Laundry/Housekeeping Aide: The Laundry/Housekeeping Aide is responsible for keeping the facility and the resident’s apartments clean and safe. And do resident and facility laundry.
Life Enrichment Assistant: Provides activities for residents by following posted schedule. Assistant is also responsible for leading activities, setup and preparation of all activities. Setting up for activities would include low functioning activities as well as high functioning.
Life Enrichment Director: The Life Enrichment Director is responsible for organizing all social activities both in and out of the facility. He or she provides residents with an interesting, stimulating and varied calendar of events designed to meet as many of the social and emotional needs of the residents as possible.
Maintenance/Fire Life Safety: The Maintenance/Fire Life Safety is responsible for the total maintenance and repair of the facility including both the building—plumbing, masonry, carpentry, painting, electrical, refrigeration, air conditioning, flooring and grounds. This responsibility includes a preventive and responsive maintenance schedule.
Medication Aide: The Medication Aideis responsiblefor medications, treatments and resident care duties as assigned by the RCC and/or Administrator. This position administers medications according to acceptable standards. The Medication Aideengages in the practice of Nursing within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act under the guidance and delegation of a licensed Registered Nurse. If appropriate, answers questions of residents and their family members. Insures that the medication area is kept clean. The Medication Aideis responsible toinsure that the next shift has a responsible and qualified staff member on duty to administer resident medications
Resident Care Coordinator: The Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for implementing state and federal policies and procedures; staffing; scheduling of assisted living staff; community relations and guest relations. The RCCis to promote the health and well-being of each resident by providing well trained and educated staff who provide the appropriate care for each resident.
Nurse Consultant/RN: The Nurse Consultant/RN is to promote the health and wellbeing of each resident by providing accurate nursing assessments, giving appropriate input to the development of care plans, educating management staff on the appropriate and proper care of each resident, delegates and assigns nursing tasks, and is a team player.
